Ancient Corinth Project

The goal of this project is to develop an interactive environment in which a user could explore the day-to-day activities of people living in Ancient Corinth at the Sanctuary of Demeter and Kore. The central staircase of this archaeological site is of particular interest to Art Historians at URI. This E-Learning application will allow a user to discovery possibilities for its use through an interactive experience.

Skills Development for Students

This is a great opportunity if you're a student interested in game development or E-Learning applications to develop your skills in game design, 3D modeling and animation, and programming. We're looking for art and computer science students with a great work ethic and the ability to work in a team. Applicants should also possess the following skills:

• Art:
  • 3D Modeling and Texturing
  • Portfolio demonstrating ability to model and animate human characters

• Computer Science:
  • Experience working with Game Engine Technology
  • Javascript, C#, .NET, QuickTime
